Nidhi is an AHPRA-registered physiotherapist with over five years of clinical experience in Australia and India, managing patients with a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports conditions, injury rehabilitation, and functional recovery.

With experience across both hospital and private practice settings, Nidhi manages a broad range of conditions including knee and hip pathologies, upper limb injuries, tendinopathy, and post-operative rehabilitation. She combines evidence-based manual therapy with individualised exercise programs to support safe, long-term recovery outcomes.

Certified in Dry Needling, Nidhi has a particular interest in tendinopathy management. Her approach focuses on restoring functional movement and empowering patients to return confidently to their daily lives and activities.
